You will have a reply the same day or the next following workday.

Your tour operator’s representative or Reception can help you with directions to medical services cooperating with Gouda Insurance at your location, if you need help with your claim, or if you need any immediate assistance in an emergency. Should you need an immediate payment, the tour operator’s representative can assist you with this also. Naturally, you can also make your claim after having returned home.
